Idolized and cherished daughter of the late Thomas John and Dinah, devoted wife and companion of Malcolm, loyal and loving mother, proud and doting grandmother, best friend and beloved mam of Julia, adored mamgu of Zara and Izzy. Pat was a faithful friend who will be missed by so many.
The funeral will be held on Wednesday 23rd April 2025. Service at Swansea Crematorium at 2pm.
